Instructions on Getting Started

Follow these steps to register your Student Profile and connect with colleges. Your information is protected under CSO’s Privacy Policy and is only shared with CSO college partners.

1) Complete the ConnectNow Student Profile Form, including personal information, academic information, and extracurricular activities, to the fullest extent of your ability.

2) The email address and password you provide will become your My Guide login information. My Guide allows you to manage your profile, search and save colleges, and send your profile directly to colleges of your choice. When you revisit the website, first login to your My Guide account.

3) When you complete the ConnectNow Profile Form, you are presented with three options:

• Edit Profile – this will allow you to return to your form to change and add information.
  
  
• Search Colleges – this will direct you to the SearchNow page to search the colleges and learn about their programs.
  
  
• Send Profile – this will allow you to send your Student Profile to colleges of your choice. It is recommended that you search the various colleges through SearchNow before you choose to send your profile.
