Fast Facts
Pine Manor College is a four-year, liberal-arts college dedicated to preparing women for inclusive leadership, social responsibility and academic success. For five of the last six years, Pine Manor has been ranked No. 1 for campus diversity by US News & World Report. The school distinguishes itself in its Inclusive Leadership and Social Responsibility (ilsr) program with a focus on community-based leadership, and its outcomes-based Portfolio Learning Program, which assists young women in creating and achieving academic goals. With such a small student body students receive individual attention from professors and a strong feeling of community and solidarity on campus. Student groups such as ALANA (African American, Latina, Asian, Native American and All) celebrate diversity in the student body. The school is located five miles from downtown Boston, accessible by subway.
