Fast Facts
Located in Naperville, Ill. — ranked in 2006 as the second-best U.S. city to live in — North Central College offers students a recognized small town with easy access to Chicago. To enhance the opportunities that its location affords, North Central provides an optional “Chicago Term” for students, during which they may attend classes and participate in an internship downtown. This program operates under the auspices of the Urban and Suburban Studies Program, in which students can also major or minor. North Central further supports hands-on, cultural study through its comprehensive and well-regarded study abroad program, which offers a number of different options for students.

Founded in 1861, North Central College is a private, four-year, comprehensive college affiliated with the United Methodist Church.
