Fast Facts

Founded in 1889, Manchester College is an independent, undergraduate, co-educational liberal arts college dedicated to encouraging students to improve themselves and the world they live in. Manchester faculty are committed to preparing students to begin careers and assume leadership roles in society, while at the same time, providing them with the tools to attach meaning to their success. Due to long standing traditions of international study and community service, students are well-versed in the perspectives of other cultures, as well as their own. While the college traces its roots to the Church of Brethren, the institution maintains a commitment to being a community of learning and faith for students of all religious backgrounds.
