Fast Facts
Oklahoma Christian University, associated with the churches of Christ, takes its fellowship seriously. Many students, faculty and staff spend thousands of hours each semester in local, national and world volunteer work, including supporting an at-risk school, Western Village Elementary, a few miles from the campus. Oklahoma Christian’s respect for faith-based roots does not impede its vision, however. The institution consistently produces students who perform highly on graduate, medical and law school entrance exams. Alumni are highly sought by businesses and other institutions for their high moral and ethical behavior. Also, Oklahoma Christian was one of the first universities to provide laptops and a wireless campus, and the university maintains its commitment to technological innovation.
