Mount St. Mary’s College is an independent, Catholic, liberal-arts college primarily for women that provide a values-based undergraduate education and innovative programs for professional men and women on two historic campuses in Los Angeles. Founded in 1925 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, Mount St. Mary’s College offers a traditional baccalaureate degree program from its Chalon campus and graduate degree programs, the associate in arts program, the education credential program and the Weekend College, which offers a baccalaureate degree program to working adults from its Doheny Campus. At both campuses, the college provides a superior education enhanced by an emphasis on building leadership skills and fostering a spirit to serve others.
