Marquette University is a mid-sized, private, four-year, comprehensive university affiliated with the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) of the Catholic Church. Marquette is dedicated to fostering excellence, faith, leadership and service in all of its students and offers strong support to first-generation and underserved students. The university runs four unique programs under the Educational Opportunities Program (EOP) in addition to an institutionally funded college transition program. Marquette’s Multicultural Center works hard to promote diversity awareness and cultural inclusiveness within the diverse student body and the Office of Student Services supports every individual student’s educational goals.
